Trip Report
Teneriffe Falls, Mount Teneriffe — Sunday, May. 5, 2013
Snoqualmie Region > North Bend Area
The trail was clear and solid trail to the falls, up the ridge, and beyond, with snow appearing in the trees for the last half mile. Earlier in the morning, the snow maintained consolidation and made for good footing, but it was quickly turning to fluff in the late morning heat. The summit currently has a reasonable seating area that is bare rock.
From the summit, there appears to be snow on Teneriffe Road as it climbs northwest towards Si, and the snow on the west ridge of Teneriffe suggests that the saddle to the north of the summit is likely still full of snow as well.
