Rattlesnake Ledge, East Peak & Rattlesnake Mountain — Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013

Snoqualmie Region > North Bend Area

12.8mi RT 1165m ascent. Rattlesnake Ledge, East Peak, Grand Prospect. A friend wanted to go to the ledge, but apparently slept in sufficiently to not answer their phone. I stuck with the original plan, but took the opportunity to get in a bit more exercise. Having waited 35min, and getting a late start, there were lots of people already on the trail, particularly descending runners, but only two at the third ledge, and only one other person above there. The groups I passed ascending to the ridge were a bit overdressed for 38F and a tad humid. Yep, that was me in shorts and a tshirt.
