Vesper Peak — Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017

North Cascades > Mountain Loop Highway

We, a group of 3, hiked/scrambled vesper peak. There was no snow until the last 600ft to the peak, but you can avoid the snow by following the rock to the peak on climbers right side. Unfortunately the fire smoke was bad today and the remote mountains were covered by fog. We met couple awesome people along the trail and saw two people were climbing the north face of the vesper peak.
